For creative, digital and marketing agencies

See over-servicing before it eats your margin.

Retainers, timesheets and pipeline live in different tools. We connect them so you can see which clients cost more than they pay, who's free and where the next brief will come from.

01

Retainers quietly over-serviced

Hours creep past what the client pays for, and no one notices until the month-end report.

02

Resourcing by gut feel

Who's free next week lives in one person's head, or a spreadsheet that's already out of date.

Async pitfalls
Common mistake: un-awaited promises inside conditionals.
Dead code hints
3 unreachable branches detected in UserResolver.js.
Render cost spikes
CheckoutFlow.tsx re-renders 11× more than necessary.

03

Upsell chances missed

Clients mention new needs in meetings, but nothing links that to your CRM or your capacity.

What we can solve

The questions we help agencies answer.

The answers are already in your CRM, timesheets and project tools. We bring them together so you can act while there's still time.

Compare hours logged against what each client pays, month by month, and see which accounts are slipping before the margin has gone.

How we start.

01
Discovery call

A conversation about your goals, your tools and where information gets lost.

02
Assessment

We map your data and recommend the smallest solution that works.

03
First build

One use case for one team, with read-only access wherever possible.

How we work in detail →

Works with the tools you already use.

We work around the systems agencies already rely on — no migration and no new platform for your team to learn.

FAQs

Questions about what we build.

Can we start with one service?

Yes. We can work on one part of your setup or combine services around a specific problem. The scope depends on what you need and what is already in place.

Do I need a separate app to connect AI to my business tools?

No. We can often connect your business data and documents to the AI assistant your team already uses, where supported integrations are available. The work may involve improving your databases, linking records across tools or building an AI knowledge system that supplies relevant context. A separate app becomes useful when your team needs an interface or functionality that the existing tools cannot provide.

When does my business need a custom AI application?

A custom AI application makes sense when your team needs more than a conversation. You might need a dashboard that tracks project margins, forms that collect specific information, or a workspace where people review recommendations and approve actions. We build platforms that combine your business data, knowledge and AI agents around those tasks. Your company’s intelligence comes from its information, relationships and rules; you do not usually need to train your own AI model.

How much does it cost to build a custom AI application for my business?

The cost depends on what the application needs to do, how many systems it connects to and how much preparation your data requires. A focused dashboard with one AI feature has a different scope from a platform with several roles, integrations and automated workflows. We can build on existing databases and AI models, then expand the application as your needs grow. We separate the build cost from ongoing hosting, AI usage and maintenance costs so you can assess the full commitment.

What are the advantages of a custom AI platform over ChatGPT, Claude or Copilot?

An existing AI assistant can be a good fit for flexible questions, document analysis and drafting. It offers a ready-made interface and may already include suitable integrations and access controls.

A custom platform gives you more control over how people work with your information: dashboards that stay in view, structured forms with required fields, workflows with approval steps, and different screens and actions for each role. It can also bring several data sources and AI agents into one workspace. The trade-off is the cost of building and maintaining it.

A custom platform is not automatically more secure; its value is that permissions, validation and oversight can be designed around your requirements. We recommend it when that additional control solves a clear business need.

What does an AI integration project include, and who maintains it?

The scope can cover data preparation, integrations, an AI knowledge system, agents or a custom platform, depending on the problem. You receive the agreed working solution, documentation and a handover for the people who will use or maintain it. We agree hosting, access, ownership terms and ongoing costs before work starts. After launch, maintenance can sit with your team, another supplier or Nicelog under a separate support agreement covering the monitoring, fixes and improvements you need.
